Page 100 of "The Selfish Gene"

I heard about this fun idea from comic artist Jason Turner called The Page 100 Project. His idea is to adapt page 100 of any novel into a comic. I've long wanted to make a cartoony version of some science writing so I turned to a classic by Richard Dawkins, "The Selfish Gene". I don't know if Mr. Dawkins would approve, but I sure enjoyed doing it.
